An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Operations Manager within the Freight Forwarding industry.
We are looking for a strong leader with a proven background in perishables logistics and extensive operational experience across both seafreight and airfreight.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
? Minimum 5 years' experience within the Freight Forwarding industry
? Minimum 5 years' management experience
? Strong operational leadership and team management skills
? Knowledge of Incoterms, tariffing and customs procedures
? Strong seafreight and airfreight experience
? Perishables experience is essential and non-negotiable
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing operations, driving service excellence, managing teams and ensuring the smooth movement of perishable cargo through the supply chain.
