📍 Durban | Logistics / Freight Industry

Are you experienced in transport coordination and logistics operations?
We’re looking for a detail-driven Transport Coordinator to join a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

🚛 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Coordinate and schedule transporters
✔ Negotiate transport rates
✔ Reconcile transporter invoices
✔ Plan deliveries (breakbulk, FCL & cold storage)
✔ Monitor container storage & demurrage
✔ Communicate updates with clients daily
✔ Track shipments and update ETA’s

✅ Requirements:
✔ Grade 12
✔ Freight qualification (advantageous)
✔ Shipshape or similar system knowledge
✔ Minimum 3 years’ industry experience

✔ Strong negotiation & problem-solving skills
✔ Excellent communication skills
✔ Ability to work under pressure
✔ Willingness to work weekends & after hours
